I’ve tried Yesterday’s News and all those other paper- and pulp-based options and found all of them lacking. They don’t clump, they do little if anything to control odor, and you can’t use normal litter scoops with them unless you’re okay with scooping out lots of unused litter as well– or picking out the ‘clean’ bits, eew. Worse, several of my ferrets had decided that those pellets were just the right size to take out of the litter box and hide in their hidey-hole. Dirty or clean. Eew again.
